Santa Cruz Artificial Turf Installation is a locally owned artificial grass contractor serving residential and commercial customers in Santa Cruz, CA and the surrounding Santa Cruz County area. Our services include, but are not limited to, artificial turf installation, site preparation, turf maintenance, and related landscaping work.
Service availability is subject to geographic location, project scope, and scheduling capacity. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
All estimates provided by Santa Cruz Artificial Turf Installation are based on information available at the time of the site visit and are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates are not binding contracts. A written proposal or agreement signed by both parties is required to constitute a binding commitment.
Final pricing may differ from an initial estimate if conditions discovered during the project vary materially from what was assessed - for example, unexpected soil conditions, drainage issues, or changes in project scope requested by the customer. We will notify you in writing of any material change in scope or cost before proceeding with additional work.
Prices quoted are in US dollars and do not include applicable sales tax or permit fees unless explicitly stated.
Project start dates are scheduled upon execution of a written agreement and receipt of any required deposit. Scheduling is subject to crew availability, weather conditions, and material lead times.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid to cover material costs already incurred on your behalf. The specific terms of any deposit are stated in your written project agreement.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you promptly of any such change.
Payment terms are specified in your individual project agreement. In general, a deposit is required at the time of contract signing, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept payment by check, cash, and major credit cards unless otherwise agreed.
Invoices not paid within the time period specified in your project agreement may be subject to a late fee. If collection action becomes necessary, the customer agrees to pay all reasonable costs of collection, including attorney fees.
A mechanics lien may be filed against the property for non-payment in accordance with California law.

We are not liable for damage to undisclosed underground utilities, irrigation, or other buried infrastructure not identified before work begins.
Warranty terms for both materials and workmanship are specified in your individual project agreement. In general, we stand behind our installation work and will address defects in workmanship that arise under normal use conditions.
Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, vandalism, acts of nature, or failure to follow care instructions provided at project completion. Manufacturer warranties on turf products are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by the respective manufacturer.
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period specified in your project agreement.
Except as expressly stated in a written project agreement, all services and information provided by Santa Cruz Artificial Turf Installation are offered on an "as is" basis without any additional warranty of any kind, express or implied.
